Overview
This is a fantastic opportunity to join the EPoS team in Nottingham.

As part of this team you will be helping to support both onsites and head office services in a multitude of.

Key Attributes & Responsibilities:

Configure and maintain the EPOS Database including menus, promotions, pricing and site setup
Ensure tills are configured for optimum ease of use and speed of service
Help to support new projects, system developments and various activities across the EPOS team and wider business
Visit sites to gain user feedback
Someone with general experience using computers but more specifically Microsoft Excel, and with experience of using EPoS / Retail Systems
A confident and clear communicator, both verbally and in written form
Passionate about delivering outstanding customer service
Someone with a minimum of 12 months experience working in the hospitality or retail sector, in either a front of house/back of house role or support role
Able to prioritise tasks and to process a number of queries simultaneously in a busy environment.
