Description

The Implementation Associate works with an energetic professional services team and will be responsible for designing and configuring the DealCloud platform for our clients in response to their specific business requirements.

This position is a mix of client-facing consultative work and behind-the-scenes platform design, configuration, data analysis, and data manipulation.

The Implementation Associate should demonstrate passion in and a desire to become skilled in four broad areas:

Technology: As a marketleading Software as a Service (SaaS) company, the Implementation Associate will be working with cutting edge technology solutions.
Private Capital Markets: To speak confidently and authoritatively to our clients, the Implementation Associate must either have knowledge in, or be willing to learn about private equity and investment banking front office business operations.
Data: Analyzing and understanding client data is an important factor that influences a client's system design; as such, the Implementation Associate must be eager to understand data relationships and the interplay between data and business requirements.

What you'll do:

Manage and lead multiple client implementations concurrently with accountability for client communications, weekly status reports and escalation mitigation updates
Participate in requirement gathering sessions onsite at client offices or virtually via web conferencing (potential travel up to 30%); often consult and lead effort to document client requirements
Configuration of the platform based on client requirements gathered during client sessions
Analyze client legacy data sets to understand the impact of the data on system design
Utilize Microsoft Excel to map, collate, and normalize and import disparate data sets
Properly utilize escalation process and provide consistent communication on escalations internally
Responsible for internal project management task completion, including but not limited to:
Keeping internal systems updated
Accurate and timely entry of utilization hours
Project Timelines
Ensure all inscope requirements are met during implementation
Budget
Providing consultative system design and industry best practice recommendations to our clients throughout an implementation
Actively participate and in scoping and Order Form completion for Tiers 3, 4,
Actively coach and develop Implementation Analysts on projects
Serve in supporting capacity on more complex projects led by more tenured implementation consultants

What you'll need:
years of experience in Professional Services in SaaS environment, or within Private Equity or Investment banking industry with strong knowledge of business processes

Bachelor's degree in Management Information Systems, Business Administration, or equivalent relevant experience
Solid understanding of Private Equity and Investment Banking use cases
Subject matter expert for specific verticals, e.g. Fund of Funds, Credit, Real Estate, Lending
Demonstrated successful experience working within a software implementation projectbased environment
Ability to lead client meetings and execute effective communication strategies
Comfortable with significant client interaction and interest in building relationships
Highly proficient in Microsoft Excel
Organization, effective time management, and ability to multitask
Passion for delivering high quality outcomes
Strong analytical and creative problemsolving abilities
Ability to adapt to rapidly evolving situations and work under tight deadlines
Strong sense of personal responsibility and ownership over your work
Willingness and love of learning new technology, new processes and procedures, and new business models to create value for our clients

Bonus if you have:

13 years of experience with DealCloud product; understanding of DealCloud product best practices or Relational database knowledge
Demonstrated ability to mentor Implementation Analysts
Ability to identify opportunities for growth and subsequently take a leadership role in exploring new ideas
Master's degree preferred
