Key Responsibilities:

Deliver compassionate and highquality personal care to individuals in accordance with their specific needs.
Execute personcentered care plans, tailoring assistance to ensure the overall wellbeing of service users.
Support meal times by providing assistance, ensuring dietary requirements are met, and creating a positive dining experience.
Cultivate a positive and respectful environment for service users, promoting their dignity and independence.

Requirements:

Minimum of 6 months of handson experience in a carerelated role, demonstrating a sound understanding of caregiving practices.
Mandatory registration with Social Care Wales to meet regulatory standards.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with service users, their families, and the care team.
Ability to collaborate effectively within a team and work independently when necessary.
Possess a caring and empathetic attitude towards individuals in need of care, demonstrating a genuine commitment to improving their quality of life.

Pay:
