The Position
We are an established Spring Manufacturer and Stockist, looking for a reliable person to work in our front office.
We process a lot of orders and other duties would include contacting customers and assisting with customer satisfaction calls.
Skills / Experience
- Applicants must have 2 years experience of working in an office dealing with customers, sales orders and general administrative duties.
- It is essential to have some experience dealing with customers over the phone and to have a good mature telephone manner.
- Any additional office experience such as working in accounts and processing customer payments would be good.
The Hours
Normal hours are 8.30 am to 4.45 pm Mon to Thurs and 8.30 am to 1.00 pm on Fridays.

Salary:
£10.50-£12.50 per hour
