Nursing Home Manager - Days - Full Time

Salary up to £60,000 per annum Dependant on Experience and Location

Howard Finley Care are delighted to be supporting a large Care Home Operator who are currently looking to strengthen their team and recruit an experienced Nursing Home Manager.

The successful applicant will be a
Registered Adult General Nurse/RGN, Mental Health Nurse/RMN or Learning Disability Nurse/RNLD or have extensive managerial in a related setting

This national care group offers elderly and dementia care in a great setting, and consistently receives very good and excellent quality grades following Care Inspectorate assessments.

As CQC Registered Manager, you will take responsibility for the overall performance of the home and will ensure high clinical standards and resident safety. You will manage and monitor care and clinical service delivery and staff performance in additionto effectively managing budgets and resources.
