We have an exciting opportunity for a Project Support Officer (12 months Fixed Term Contract) to work with our Transformation Lead in Bedfordshire & Luton to ensure the effective transition to new models of care in Community Mental Health Services.


Do you have:

Project management knowledge to post graduate diploma level equivalent (or relevant work experience) e.g. APM, APMG, PRINCE2

Experience of providing project support to large and multiple projects whilst working to tight deadlines

Experience of generating and updating project management materials including:

  • Creating comprehensive project plans
  • Generating and distributing agendas and minutes of meetings
  • Generating and monitoring action logs
  • Generating and maintaining risk registers
  • Generating and maintaining issue logs
  • Generating and maintaining a communication strategy and plan

The role is 37.5 hours per week, Monday - Friday (inclusive), there is flexibility with the base which could be either Charter House in Luton, Florence Ball House, Bedford or Twinwoods, Bedford.
