London (City)

Circ £500 - £600 per day outside ir3- Help plan the system analysis and implementation process for the system development.


  • Requirements gathering and analysis to ensure business technology and systems architecture requirements are identified, analysed and documented.
  • Write clean and concise requirements and user stories.
  • Production of key systems architecture documentation, mapping 'Intermediate/To Be' operational systems architecture, tools, data flows and integrations.
  • Develop documentation throughout the software development life cycle.
To be considered you'd need to be available to commence the assignment late March or 1st week of April. And you'd be expected to have most, if not all the following skills and experience;

  • At least 5 years experience in a Business Analyst role with proven track record in delivering systems implementation and process change projects.
  • Significant and demonstrable knowledge of analyst frameworks, business process modelling and business requirements methodologies.
  • Knowledge and practical exposure to systems design, agile product development, testing and implementation / change management / training, including;
  • Writing User Stories and managing backlog
  • Perform User Acceptance Testing and coordinate business sign off.
  • Writing of SQL queries for data extraction (T-SQL and P/SQL).
  • Data migration between systems.
  • Manage multiple development workstreams/projects.
  • Use of Azure devOps
  • Boards for task management.
  • Understanding the full software development life cycle.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Azure (or similar cloud).
  • Agile methodology (preferably DSDM).
  • Professional Systems Analysis or Business Analysis qualification, such as BCS BA Diploma.
This is a Hybrid role based in the City, expected to be approx. 3 days per week in the office.
Initially issued on a 6 month basis, the contract is expected to last approx. 18 months.
Day rate is dependent on experience and expected to be in the region of £500 - £600.
