Overview:


Responsibilities:


  • Perform basic maintenance work and reactive repairs.
  • Test fire alarms, and emergency lighting, and conduct water temperature checks.
  • Inspect ladders, grills, and diffusers; address lighting issues and PAT test as needed.
  • Collaborate with the team to obtain quotes for remedial works and small projects.
  • Supervise planned preventive maintenance (PPM) activities of subcontractors.
  • Utilize a mobile work order tracking system for efficient task management.
  • Undertake any other ad hoc tasks as required by the Key Account Manager or Facilities Coordinator.

  • Desirable: Qualification in electrical, mechanical, or HVAC maintenance.
  • Willingness to learn and understand statutory compliance requirements in a building fabric environment.
  • Proficiency in basic computer work for operating a mobile work order tracking system.

Qualifications or Required Experience:


  • Desirable: Electrical/Mechanical experience.
  • Computer literate (MS Word, Excel, etc.).
  • Knowledge of or willingness to learn about various systems: Fire alarms, AHUs, Heating and Cooling, Shutters and doors, Lifts and cranes, Pressure systems, Humidifiers and Dehumidifiers, Lightning protection, Compressed Air, Expansion Vessels, Heat Exchangers, Leak Detection systems, Uninterrupted Power Supplies, Bus bars, Threephase and gas plant.
