Responsibilities;
- To carry out maintenance works efficiently and to a high standard, providing laboring service to all aspects of the business as required to include void clearance, 2nd man assist and groundwork whilst completing all tasks to an acceptable standard. Delivering KPI's whilst adhering to HSEQ requirements. Flexibility to work within a team or alone and work tidally within resident's property is paramount.
