Description

We are seeking to appoint a Student Support Assistant (SSA) to provide support, encouragement, and pastoral care to our students.

You will need to be skilled at forging positive relationships with young people and their parents/carers and demonstrate the ability to impact positively on their wellbeing.

The SSA plays a vital link between home and school, supporting students to make the most of the opportunities available at Lincroft Academy.

Will be passionate about making a difference for our students.
Will have the ability to always remain calm and professional.
Highly motivated and enthusiastic.
Will have the interpersonal skills to communicate effectively and professionally with staff, students, parents, and other out agencies.
