QED Legal are currently keen to speak with junior respondent Employment Solicitors who are looking for their next career move in Leeds.

A leading international practice in the city centre is looking for a technically strong Employment Lawyer around 2-4 years' PQE to join their market leading team.

The team in Leeds is made up of 2 Partners, 3 Legal Directors, with a mix of Senior Associates and Associates making up the team plus support staff.

The work is a mix of high quality contentious and non-contentious advisory work, with the firm acting for a number of household national brands across a multitude of sectors.

The firm is well known for having a strong culture and despite being a large organisation it really does value its' people.

There is a low turnover of staffand we very rarely see CVs from people looking to leave.

There is hybrid working here with 2 days minimum in the office, but a progressive attitude between being able to work remote.

There is pride here in the diversity and inclusion work the firm do.

It isn't just a buzzword for them with over 50% of the global board being either women or those from minority backgrounds, and so it filters from the top down.
