Job Overview:
We are seeking a vigilant and customer-oriented Door Supervisor to join our team.

The Door Supervisor will be responsible for maintaining a safe and secure environment for customers and staff at the designated premises.


Duties:


  • Monitor entrance and exit points to prevent unauthorized access
  • Check identification of individuals to ensure legal age requirements are met
  • Handle difficult situations calmly and professionally
  • Conduct regular patrols to detect and deter any suspicious activities
  • Respond promptly to alarms or calls for assistance
  • Collaborate with local authorities when necessary

Requirements:


  • Proven experience as a Door Supervisor or similar security role
  • Strong observational skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Ability to remain calm under pressure
  • Physical fitness and the ability to stand for extended periods

Skills:


  • First aid certification is required
  • Knowledge of CCTV systems is preferred
  • Familiarity with loss prevention techniques is a plus
  • Experience in surveillance operations would be advantageous

Job Types:
Part-time, Temporary contract, Temp to perm

Contract length: 12 months


Pay:
£12.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30 per week
