The Resourcing Officer is responsible for delivering excellent practice in all aspects of Dogs Trust recruitment.

Dogs Trust is the largest dog welfare charity in the UK with a nationwide network of rehoming centres and charity shops.

In an average year, Dogs Trust centres care for over 14,000 dogs; we never put a healthy dog down.

To be successful in this position, you will have a proven track record of achievement in recruitment, ideally in an in-house setting, consistently giving sound professional advice.

You will have up-to-date knowledge of relevant legislation and best practice, excellent communication skills (both written and verbal), and you will be a proactive and enthusiastic team player.

You need to be conscientious, very well organised, flexible, friendly and discreet with a genuine interest in and commitment to Dogs Trust's ethos and aims.

In this post there may be a requirement for travel throughout the UK.
