Responsibilities:


  • Provide support to individuals with daily living activities such as meal preparation, personal hygiene, and medication management.
  • Work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement care plans that prioritize individual safety and wellbeing.
  • Identify and assess potential risks to individuals and take appropriate action to safeguard their welfare.
  • Monitor and document individuals progress, and report any changes or concerns to the management.
  • Provide emotional and social support to individuals and their families, while also maintaining professional boundaries and ensuring individual confidentiality.
  • Assist indviduals with accessing community resources and services, taking into account their individual needs and preferences.
  • Maintain accurate and uptodate individual records, including safeguarding documentation.
  • Attend team meetings and participate in ongoing training and professional development, with a focus on safeguarding.

Qualifications:

  • No experience needed, full training provided.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, while also prioritizing individual safety and wellbeing.
  • Valid driver's license and access to a reliable vehicle.
  • Shifts consist of 7am 2.30pm, 3.30pm pm on a rotation basis and every other weekend

£11.25-£14.00 per hour
