Description
We have a vacancy for a resource planner to join Prior's Court workforce team to manage the rotas for our residential homes to ensure the best utilisation of resource to support our young people

About Prior's Court

Prior's Court was set up by Founding Patron Dame Stephanie Shirley, whose vision of a centre of excellence for children with autism became reality with the opening of Prior's Court School in 1999.

We have since grown to support around 90 young people with autism aged between 5-25 years with the opening of Prior's Court Young Adult Provision in 2011.

Since opening, our support team has grown from around 20 to 500 and we have built a reputation as a leading edge educational, vocational, and residential facility for young people with autism.

We are situated on 50 acres of parkland with various facilities including accommodation for our young people, a school with a wide range of facilities and offices.

About the job
We are looking for a resource planner to actively manage the staff rotas across the organisation.

You will be working in collaboration with the learning & wellbeing teams to identify coverages and shortages in staffing levels and resolving these to ensure an optimal and safe staffing level is always maintained across site.

You will support the management and leadership teams to ensure resource is well planned to deliver outcomes and look to tackle any staffing issues well in advance.

To support our young people, we work shifts to maximise coverage, thus this role will be full time, 38 hours a week on a rota basis.

We have early shifts (06:15 to 16:15) (10:00 to 20:00) where you will work 4 days per week, Including 1 in 4 weekends

You will ideally come from a workforce planning/resource planning background. Ideally you will have strong organisational skills and are very comfortable with excel. With a can-do attitude, you will be able to naturally build relationships and communicate well at all levels.

Prior's Court is proud to be an equal opportunities employer and we actively seek and embrace differences in thinking, experience, ethnicity, age, gender, faith, personalities and styles.

The different skills, experiences and backgrounds our employees bring to their roles create a workforce as diverse and individual as the young people we support and makes Prior's Court a special place to work.

We strive for an inclusive environment where employees feel safe, engaged and supported to make a difference.
