Hours: 37.5 hours per week

Salary:
Up to a maximum of £42,871 per annum depending on experience

The family support team forms part of the hospices' holistic, specialist palliative care team, providing care both within the hospice and in people's homes.

The team comprises of counsellors, social workers, complementary therapists, Chaplaincy and administrative support.


We are looking to recruit a motivated health, spiritual care or social care professional to lead and develop our well established Family Support Team.

The role is divided between professional practice and requires team leadership and management in an organised yet flexible manner to meet the needs of patients.

The post holder must have experience of leading a team and also be able to demonstrate current competency in their professional role.

Katharine House Hospice provides ongoing support with professional development, clinical supervision and access to staff counselling services. We are also able to provide access to the NHS pension scheme if you are currently an existing member.
