Description
An exciting opportunity has come up to join the finance team at our Beaconsfield offices as
Accounts Payable Assistant. This is an office-based,
part-time position (24hrs per week) with a salary
of £25,000 pro rata plus companywide benefits.

Do you have 2 years' experience in a similar role and looking for a new challenge?

Are you an enthusiastic self-starter with tactical and analytical skills, then this might be just for you.


The role:

Flexible working patterns - you can split the 24 hrs over 3 days (8hrs) or 4-5 days depenbding on your requirements

  • You will be responsible for accurately updating and maintaining the creditor's ledger
  • You will prepare and process all payments to internal and external customers in accordance with company policies and procedures
  • You will use the Xero and Lightyear software accounting platforms
  • You'll need financial, analytical, and mathematical skills

About you:


  • You will need to have a
    minimum of two years Accounts Payable experience.
  • You should also have an
    Accounting qualification or be working towards one, and may be able to offer study support as you build your career
    (AAT, ACCA, CIMA )
  • You'll need to be a whizz with a spreadsheet
  • You'll be able to organise, prioritise and manage your workload
  • Be a positive addition to the team.
  • You will have a willingness to learn, confidence to contribute ideas and a positive attitude
  • Experience in hotel policies & procedures is off advantage
