We're working with a top independent agency looking to add a Midweight Creative to their close-knit creative team


Our Client


This is an integrated agency that works with clients across both branding and campaign work, across integrated campaigns ranging from TV to Digital and Social.

They work with a broad range of B2C and B2B clients across a variety of sectors, for whom they enjoy partnership relations, clients trust them and look to them for guidance.

They have a very positive and collaborative working culture that they are proud of.


The Role


The agency has built a different creative structure to most, doing away with pigeon holing people into certain roles and instead repositioning each member of the team as a Creative.

This gives everyone the freedom to explore all directions of creativity and has produced a culture of shared insight, responsibility and support.

As an agency they do both branding and campaigns, right through to TV and social content is a sizeable proportion of the work, so you'll have a role filled with variety.


You


They're looking for multi-disciplinary creative with solid contemporary design and conceptual ability, and motion would be a bonus (but they have taught others, basic working knowledge would be fine).

Ideally you'll have around 2 years' experience in an agency, maybe slightly more, maybe slightly less, but you should be able to show that you have both strong ideas and design skills.

Perhaps you're working in a role where you've been put in a box, confined to a singular specialism, and looking for a more progressive, modern creative agency
