- £22,000 - £25,000/annum Progression to Office Manager


The Right Person
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive individual to join our specialist recruitment agency as an Office/Marketing/Admin Assistant. This role requires creativity, strong attention to detail, critical thinking, excellent communication skills and the ability to multitask effectively.


As an integral part of our team, you will be responsible for various administrative and marketing tasks to ensure the smooth day-to-day running of our office and assisting the Operations Manager and Directors.

Full training will be provided for all aspects of the job, however proven experience in an administrative or marketing role - or recruitment
- is preferable, although not necessary.


The Role
This varies depending on the needs of the business and will include, but not be limited to, the following:

  • General day to day running of the office
  • Social Media management
  • Coordinating social events

Reporting and data management

Set up and support new starters in their first few weeks at Platform

Requirements:


  • Creativity, with a good grasp of marketing tools and trends
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication
  • Proficiency in using GSuite and social media platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, Twitter, Facebook, TikTok)
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously to meet deadlines
  • Attention to detail and problemsolving skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
