Description
Role Summary

Reporting to the Transformation Lead, the Horizontal Delivery Lead is responsible for the direct management and delivery of the Horizontal Delivery portfolio.

This role will oversee delivery of projects and programmes that straddles multiple portfolios; however, line management will be through the Inorganic change function.

Horizontal projects are defined as those that require cross capability collaboration and include delivery that cannot be accommodated through 'in-capability' delivery teams.

The work will span all capability areas within Corporate Technology alongside delivering the Corporate Technology elements of Group wide initiatives.

The Horizontal Delivery Lead will be responsible for embedding best practice and drive the maturity of processes, while remaining closely aligned to both the Group wide Change Framework and divisional governance as required.

The LSEG Project Management Policy defines the approach that must be followed by all projects, and details of the approach are documented in the Change Framework, which defines governance, processes, and artefact templates.

The Change Framework is used for all LSEG projects and project data is held in the Clarity PPM tool for ease of reporting.

Working closely with Programme Teams, M&A leadership team and wider Corporate Technology stakeholders, the Horizontal Delivery Lead will ensure quality and timely delivery of the portfolio to support the Division and Groups technology strategies.
