Summary of Position:
The Compliance Administrator will work as a member of our Risk & Compliance team.
The team is part of a small but rapidly expanding Technology company; working within the Collections & Recoveries sector of the Financial Services Industry.
Our clients range from Utilities and Telecoms companies to Banks and Lending companies and our aim is to use our expertise to empower our clients with technology to improve their recoveries and customer outcomes.
The role is entry level in to the Compliance space to provide administrative support to the Risk & Compliance function.
Key Responsibilities:
The Compliance Administrator will be required to:
- Respond to client and partner queries within a required time period and monitor query resolution.
- Support client and partner due diligence checks
- Maintain records and organise contractual paperwork
- Review documentation to ensure it complies with legislation and Company polices
- Create and maintain data sheets
- Liaise with suppliers and stakeholders to ensure relevant documentation is provided
- Ensure processes and procedures are adhered to and assist the Compliance Officers on process improvements
- Provide support for ISO 27001, 9001 and 14001 internal and external audit preparations.

- Excellent attention to detail
- Strong written and oral communication skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills and experience of working in team
- Ability to organise and prioritise work commitments
- Good understanding of crossteam workings
- Excellent level of computer literacy
- Willingness to learn
- Be flexible in their approach to what is required each working day
The following knowledge would be beneficial:
- Knowledge of the Collections & Recoveries Industry
- Experience of working in a regulated industry
- Some understanding of Data Protection legislation and Information Security business requirements and ISO 27001, 9001 and 14001
