We have an exciting opportunity within the Medical Education Team for Simulation & Audio Visual Support across York and Scarborough Teaching Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust.

This as a unique role within our multidisciplinary team and offers the successful applicant the opportunity to use their technical and administrative skills to support and deliver vital medical education and training.

In particular we deliver cutting edge, immersive simulation training to the undergraduate and postgraduate teams.

In addition to the simulation element of the role, the post holder will provide administrative & technical support to the Education and Training Service especially the use of clinical skills and audio visual (AV) equipment used in the delivery of Clinical Skills training.

We oversee everything from high fidelity patient simulators, clinical skills training models and advanced surgical simulators, through to producing training videos for procedures and creating software based solutions to assist the excellent programme co-ordinators within the Medical Education Team.
