Restgarth Care Home is a residential care home located just outside the village of Polperro with a relaxing and friendly atmosphere to help make our residents feel as comfortable and at home as possible. Providing support to adults over the age of 65 and specialising in caring for people living with Dementia, there are 32 spacious bedrooms across three floors, all with an en-suite facility.

The Team Leader will assist the registered manager and deputy manager to organize the day to day running of the service provided by Orchard Care (SW) Ltd. This is achieved by providing the highest quality of personal care and setting the absolute best example to junior staff. It is also achieved through the provision of relevant and contemporary training and supervision of junior staff. In supporting the registered manager, the team leader will maintain a high level of self-competency by ensuring that they have a knowledge of the best practices in social care provision.
