Salary generous, dependent upon experience and negotiation in the range of £26,000 to £39,000:

We have a vacancy for an experienced and skilled Gardener/ Groundsperson to join our friendly team based in Woking.
Bailey Grounds Management has been managing and maintaining the grounds of schools and other establishments for over 30 years. We currently have 17 locations across south-east England with plans to continue growing responsibly.
We have established a reputation for creating beautifully landscaped, high quality and practical facilities for schools to enjoy and make use of.
Our core objective is to deliver the highest possible standards of groundscare in a way that is unique to each school.
About you:
- A
minimum of 5 years experience in a role as a Gardener or Groundsperson - A good eye for detail
- The ability to plan ahead
- Enjoy being a gardener and appreciate the creativity it provides
- Physical stamina and dexterity
- Very good communication skills
- A full driver's licence
