Registered Manager - Children's Residential Home (EBD) - Wellingborough - £40K + Benefits

The Company we are working with is fully staffed with the skills to offer warm and friendly childcare for Children and Young people between the ages of years old who have a diagnosis of Autism Spectrum Disorders, Learning Disabilities; Emotional Difficultiesand Challenging Behaviour.

This post is key to the culture of the (EBD) Children's Home and is essential to the quality and care the company provides for the children to reach their full potential.

The Manager will be expected to play a hands-on role withthe children and extend your support and guidance to a dedicated team.

You will have a great support network and further training opportunities available.

Duties and Responsibilities

Skills & Experience (Essential)

Significant experience of working in a residential childcare setting, management experience is essential
At least two years experience of working (paid) with young people with a learning disability and or EBD (Emotional, behavioural difficulties).
Extensive experience of the management of staff members and shift leading within the Health and Social Care sector.
Diploma level 4 or equivalent in care (Children & Young people).
Ideally achieved or working towards achieving Diploma Level 5 (Children & Young People).
