Actively representing KERB Events Limited and KERB to our customers, you will engage with a wide range of people of all ages and backgrounds.
They'll expect the very best from you and so do we.KEY AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY
- Act as an ambassador for KERB Events Limited & KERB by sharing the enthusiasm and passion for the food and drinks offering
- Demonstrate consistently high standards of service
- Always be warm, welcoming, approachable and take professional pride in how the bar, the restaurant and the outdoor space works and feels
- Have a thorough working knowledge of all our outlets, services and products
- Preempt what customers need and provide an informed and tailored level of information and support, always aiming to exceed expectations
- Always look to find a solution to a problem and focus on the best outcome for everyone involved
- Actively seek customer feedback
- To undertake any other duties as may be reasonably required by your management or supervisors
PERSON SPECIFICATION
- Experience in bartending and working in fastpaced events
- Great knowledge of beers, wines & spirits cocktail experience would be a bonus
- An awareness of the licensing objectives
- Excellent people skills, confident talking to our guests and traders
- A great eye for detail
- A positive and flexible attitude, with the ability to think laterally and willing to problem solve
- Experience using tablet based till systems we use GoodTill
- A love of food & drink
- Outstanding hustle
- Ability to work nights, weekends and holidays
