Here at South Thames Colleges Group, we are seeking a Digital Content Developer - someone to work across the Learning Resources Centre and the Digital Services team and develop high quality digital learning content and resources which will engage audiencesand enhance the experience of learners.


You will be creating content for the Student Portal and the Group virtual learning environment (Moodle), including student hub sites.

You will develop training and help guides, video and other digital media to support the development of student digital skillsand the use of online learning resources and systems by both staff and students.

As Digital Content Developer, you will also support the development of digital media content, such as websites, blogs, infographics and podcasts for both internal and externalusers.

This is an incredibly varied role


This role would suit someone who has experience of working in a customer focused environment and who has good knowledge of Microsoft 365.

With excellent communication skills, including the ability to communicate effectively to non-technical users, you willbe able to work using own initiative and have excellent attention to detail.

Knowledge of content creation software, such as video editing or other design software would be advantageous, but not essential.


This post is predominantly based at Kingston College but may involve travel to or work from any of the South Thames Colleges Group sites.
