We are currently recruiting for an experienced Customer Service/Sales Advisor to join
our clients growing team based in Immingham. You will be office based within a small team of 3.


What will you be doing?
You will also be required to carry out duties within a Sales Advisor role. You will be responsible for quotations and pricing enquires as well as buying and ordering in stock. Some knowlegde of sales specifically within a engineering enviroment would be adventageous however training will be provided.


Hours of work will be Monday - Thursday 8am - 5pm & Friday 8am - 3:30pm with a 45 minute lunch break.

You will be responsible for delivering excellent customer service at all times. You'll be trained, supported and empowered.

Salary - £25,000 per year.

Key Responsibilities

  • Answering and actioning all enquiries.
  • Delivering excellent customer service and satisfaction at all times.
  • Effective liaison with other departments in the business
  • To respond and resolve enquiries and problems within a suitable timeframe.
  • To assess problems and judge when to pass complex queries on to colleagues or managers.
  • Undertaking general tasks and administration as required.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

  • Previous experience within a customer service role.
  • Previous experience within a sales role.
  • Good organisational and time management skills.
  • The ability to work well under pressure.
  • The ability to prioritise and manage your own workload to meet business requirements.
- knowledge of Microsoft Office packages
