The Customer Experience team at Calor Gas are looking to recruit an engaging and proactive Customer Experience Reporting & Data Specialist


Key responsibilities will include:


  • Specialist team providing analytical data and recommendations to all areas of Calor's business network
  • Analysis and implementation of both global and local changes e.g. Global Price Change
  • Control of specialist pricing tools e.g. Formula
  • Ad hoc and regular mail merges to external customers
  • Liaison between Calor's external print company ensuring that all correspondence that leaves Calor is done so within deadlines
  • Production of businesscritical data analysis e.g. CDS
  • Debtor Days for reporting to Senior Management
  • User support, problem investigation and solving
  • System Access control and set up
  • Provision and analysis of CSC Management and Customer information
  • Salesforce support via production of customer profile and sales activity reporting

As such we would like you to have/be:

  • Excellent organisational skills
  • Analytical / Logical thinker
  • Work well under pressure
  • Can work to tight / changing timescales
  • Wide network of contacts
  • Flexible approach
  • Embraces new techniques / technologies
  • Excellent Word / Excel / Access knowledge, although further training can be provided
  • PowerBI experience preferable
  • VBA Programming experience preferable
