Group is a manufacturer and supplier of uPVC and aluminium windows and doors to trade customers. We are pleased to announce that we now have an opportunity for a Credit Control Assistant to join our team in Stonehouse on a part time basis working 25 hours a week.

Job Purpose:

Key Duties

Support the group credit team to reconcile all unallocated payments to ensure the integrity of the ledgers are a true and accurate reflection of outstanding balances
Manage a portfolio of Proforma and Internal accounts across Group including dispute management
To support in the provision of accurate forecasting of collections to maximise working capital and minimise bad debt risk
Ownership of process flows, desk top processes and related training materials, supporting SMEs to ensure all of these are regularly updated and remain relevant and fit for purpose
Cultivate and maintain strong working relationships with internal and external business partners

Skills & Experience:

Strong administration and clerical skills as well as experience within credit management or financial environment
Well organised and ability to manage multitasks at the same time
Effective communication skills to communicate at all levels with both internal and external stakeholders

Desirable Experience:

Familiarity with NetSuite, Blackline, Advanced Excel

What we offer:

Salary:
£23,000pa pro rota

Monday to Friday 25hrs (8am-1pm or 8.30am-1.30pm)
