Senior Client Services Representative
The company
Credas Technologies Ltd provides digital solutions to automate due diligence compliance, remote identity verification using biometric facial recognition, and customer outreach processes.
The role
Reporting to the Client Services Senior Account Manager, you will be responsible for supporting our Partner base which includes enquiries, calls, support requests, results remediation.
Responsibilities
- Assess and review IDV scans that come through the Credas database
- Respond to partner and client requests and queries in a professional and timely manner
- Account management and training with our partners.
- Take ownership of more complex queries to ensure these are delt with accordingly
- Liaise with other team members to support partner requests
- Help and assist with queries via telephone and live chat
- Raise, manage and reconcile invoices
- Train and support new team members
- Use skills and knowledge to be seen as an SME within the Client Service team
- Preparing, produce and maintain training guides and documents
- Complete Adhoc tasks set out by line manager
- Work with the sales team to ensure projects are completed in a timely manner
- Work with other departments identifying improvements or issues and following these to resolution.
- Assess and review IDV scans that come through the Credas database
- Take ownership of internal and external escalations

Useful information
The first stage in the recruitment process for this role will be a 20-minute Teams interview with our Client Services Senior Account Manager and HR Coordinator.
Successful applicants will then progress to the second and final stage, a 45-minute in-person interview with the Client Services Senior Account Manager and the HR Coordinator at our offices in Cardiff.
Salary:
£25,000.00 per year
