We are looking for Senior HR Associate to support the HR team on a number of key areas including onboarding, HR Systems management, talent management and development and compliance.

About the role- Work with Finance and Sales on Consultancy Roll Offs.

Support the Talent Manager with guiding and challenging Practice Leads and SDC Leads with their succession planning.
Employee Relations assisting the HR Manager with employee relations issues as they arise.
HR Systems Management management of core HR systems within the organisation.
HR Reporting Management management of global HR reporting to provide data analytics for conducting trend analysis to support the business.
Compliance assist with compliance for SOC 2, Health & Safety, other regulatory reporting

Learning &Development administration

Assist the Talent Manager with training and development initiatives e.g. organising training workshops
Work with the marketing and communication team to promote Treliant as a trusted employer brand.
Monthly update of skills matrix

Other duties as required which fall within the scope and remit of the role.

Who are we looking for?
Qualifications & Experience- Minimum 2 years HR generalist experience

CIPD qualification or working towards (desirable)
Experience in a consultancy environment would be an added advantage
Strong business acumen
