We are looking for Senior HR Associate to support the HR team on a number of key areas including onboarding, HR Systems management, talent management and development and compliance.

About the role- Work with Finance and Sales on Consultancy Roll Offs.
- Support the Talent Manager with guiding and challenging Practice Leads and SDC Leads with their succession planning.
- Employee Relations assisting the HR Manager with employee relations issues as they arise.
- HR Systems Management management of core HR systems within the organisation.
- HR Reporting Management management of global HR reporting to provide data analytics for conducting trend analysis to support the business.
- Compliance assist with compliance for SOC 2, Health & Safety, other regulatory reporting
- Learning &Development administration
- Assist the Talent Manager with training and development initiatives e.g. organising training workshops
- Work with the marketing and communication team to promote Treliant as a trusted employer brand.
- Monthly update of skills matrix
Who are we looking for?
Qualifications & Experience- Minimum 2 years HR generalist experience
- CIPD qualification or working towards (desirable)
- Experience in a consultancy environment would be an added advantage
- Strong business acumen
