This international Top 10 law firm are seeking an Associate to join their a new and ambitious crypto team. They are a tech driven and modern firm with plenty of opportunities to develop your career.

The Role

  • Working with clients in the Crypto space such as DeFi and NFT
  • Current team consists of former inhouse lawyers with technical knowledge of Crypto
  • 3+ PQE England and Wales qualified Solicitor
  • Must have knowledge of and interest in crypto, NFT, Web3, metaverse, etc.
  • Some understanding of tokenomics and crypto business models
  • Experience of crypto asset regulation e.g. token opinions and business structuring
  • Familiar with with UK financial regulation
  • Prime brokerage experience is desired but not essential
