Servoca resourcing is a recruitment organisation that specialises in placing people in to temporary and permanent roles within the resettlement and rehabilitation sector.


One of my well established clients are looking for Prison Link workers across North & South West London to work in a Dependency and Recovery team linked with Probation Service.

You will be the main point of contact for London prisons making sure that prisonleavers are supported, you will do this through a meet/greet service and accompanying people on probation to appointments.


Duties will include:

  • Managing risks associated with transition to community, treatment dropout overdose etc
  • Dealing with a diverse caseload of mainly male adult prison leavers (pre/post)
  • Supporting action plans to navigate their recovery journey and signposting
  • Delivering services to enhance access to treatment and working with complex needs

Experience Required:

  • Knowledge of the needs of clients within custody and to be able to engage with Criminal Justice Services
  • Demonstrable experience of working with high caseloads, carrying out risk assessments and action plans
  • Experience of both 1:1 and group work interventions
  • Drivers licence and access to a car
You will be required to have a DBS Check for this role prior to starting.
