PCIAW is looking for a highly organised, thought-driven
Content Writer to join the Editorial team, based in the office in Bletchley, Milton Keynes.

As the new Content Writer for PCIAW, you must be confident in communicating with high level business leaders and have great interpersonal skills.

There are opportunities for travel, meeting members of the professional clothing association.

In 2023, the PCIAW Summit & Awards event will be hosted in Porto, Portugal on 21-23rd November, where each member of the PCIAW team receives a custom-made suit.

About PCIAW

The PCIAW (Professional Clothing Industry Association Worldwide) is the first sector-specific trade body devoted to the professional clothing industry and supply chain.

We bring together business leaders for their insights and influence to strengthen the industry and provide invaluable support and advice to the uniform, workwear and PPE sectors.

The cornerstone of our association is the remarkable PCIAW Summit & Awards, the annual networking event which celebrate the extraordinary achievements and innovations from the professional clothing industry.

The Role of the Content Writer

• Writing engaging content to promote PCIAW online and inperson events
• Speaking with and interviewing PCIAW members write profiles about their businesses
• Assisting the Editor by researching information for articles on our WordPress website
• Assisting the Editor by transcribing interviews conducted and recorded via Zoom
• Writing the running order and script for the PCIAW Awards ceremony
• Creating engaging content for PCIAW newsletters (MailJet) and social media (SEMRush)
• 1+ years of experience as a writer with excellent writing and proofreading skills
• Previous experience in managing multi projects and meeting deadlines
• Digital and social media experience with knowledge of SEO
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent, ideally Englishrelated course

Hours:
Monday to Friday 9.00am until 5.00pm


Basic Salary:
£19,000.00-£23,000.00 per year

20 days' holiday + pension
