An opportunity has arisen for the position of Assistant Quality Lead within the Patient Safety Team.

This is a really exciting time to join Patient Safety as we enter into a period of change and new ways of working.

The Assistant Quality Lead (AQL) is a challenging, yet rewarding role supporting the Patient Safety Manager, Head of Patient Safety and Risk and the Quality Leads in the implementation of the Trust's Quality Strategy to ensure the Trust meets statutory and national obligations and to contribute to continued improved service delivery.

This role requires an experienced registered clinician who remains calm when working under pressure and who can work independently and prioritise their own workload and that of their Quality Investigators to ensure that goals are achieved within established deadlines.

An ability to really understand the ethos of the Patient Safety function and RLIs is required and in return, you will work with some flexibility in a very supportive and proactive team who have been awarded Team of the Year twice.
