A day in the life:

Working closely with our experienced Talent Partner to execute and deliver on our hiring plans across Technology.
Hire for a variety of Tech roles (Software Engineers, Reliability Engineering, Data, Infrastructure and more)
Proactively identify and attract a diverse pipeline of top talent to Zopa with a focus on quality, speed and cost

About you:

Experience inhouse is a must ideally in a fast growing, technology focused role and business
Good knowledge of the overall Tech hiring landscape and handson 360 experience working on a variety of Tech roles
You're analytically minded, make decisions based on data and can use data to influence stakeholders
You're passionate about challenging the norm and finding better ways of doing things and care deeply about inclusiveness and diversity
Hands on sourcing experience, which means you can autonomously deliver against the roles you're working on
Last but not least, you are passionate about Tech hiring
