i-teachers are currently working with a primary academy based in the Sunderland area who are looking to find a warm, dedicated and child-orientated Primary Teaching Assistant to provide excellent pupil support and plan and conduct lessons alongside the class teachers in KS1 & KS2 for the remainder of the academic year in a full-time role with an immediate start.

Primary Teaching Assistant - Role Information:

Primary Teaching Assistant
Located in Sunderland (SR1)
Based in one primary school
Paid £450 per week during term time before tax
Monday to Friday role am to 15.00pm working hours
Planning and conducting lessons alongside class teacher
Providing 1:1 & small group support to pupils
Being supportive and outgoing member of teaching support department

Primary Teaching Assistant - Applicant Requirements:

Minimum 2:1 Psychology, Education Studies or Sociology degree
Strong academic background
Prior experience working with young children
Naturally outgoing and supportive individual
Ability to build rapport with children
Passionate about a career in education
