We are looking to recruit Production Operatives initially on a zero hour basis but with potential of this leading to permanent full-time employment.
The role of a Production Packing Operative is to assist business operations in the packing of multivitamin and health products.
Vitrition specialises in the formulation and manufacture of liquid and powder food supplements. Our most popular products are children's products, sports products and general health supplements.Our site is based in Liversedge.
The working week is Monday
- Friday, with hours between 08:0017:00 Mon-Thurs and 08:0014:30 Fri (40 hours for a fulltime week).
Duties:
- Work with senior production operatives to ensure the packing lines are operating correctly.
- Reporting any defects/improvement areas as necessary.
- Maintain your work station and the required hygiene standards.
- Ensure all Health & Safety guidelines and quality standards are maintained at all times.
- Understand and comply to the related SOP's (Standard Operating Procedures).
- Available for immediate start.
- Holds a basic food hygiene certificate (level 2).
- Experience working on a food production line.
- Experience within food/catering establishment (knowledge of food hygiene standards).
