The Role

A helping hand with a friendly smile makes a real difference, and as our Park Warden is a pivotal part of this You will be core to ensuring that each of our guests has an exceptional stay, feeling welcomed and safe from the minute they arrive until the minute they leave.

On a typical day you will find yourself greeting guests and guiding them to their pitches, completing Health and Safety checks, maintaining park cleanliness, completing checks of the park out of hours and responding to any queriesand generally just supporting our other departments where needed with odd tasks.

This role is perfect for someone who is dynamic, friendly, outgoing with tons of self-motivation and a passion for delivering top-notch customer service.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a couple who wish to undertake seasonal work whilst living on site.

We will give you full training and support, but there are a couple of things we need:

Experience in a similar role is essential
Experience in a handson role (such as maintenance or a handyman) would be beneficial
Full driving licence
Confidence with lone working
Flexibility with ability to work weekends
An adequate degree of IT literacy to use our booking systems

**Couples or individuals welcome. Each working 16-40 hours minimum with additional hours throughout our peak periods. This will include weekends and bank holidays. You will be required to work 2 or 3 out-of-hour shifts per week. Our shift patterns flex with the needs of the business however typically these are 8am-4pm, 12noon-8pm.
**This is a seasonal fixed term contract starting February/March 2024.
