Join us as a National Accounts Project Team Leader, guiding a team of 7 Project Coordinators, you will be integral to our customers' journey from the start, shaping their first impression of Veolia and laying the foundations of our partnership.
Your Role:
Lead and coach the team, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations, optimal resource allocation, and project success.
Oversee diverse projects, emphasising customer-centric solutions and business impact awareness through effective networking with internal colleagues and building strong customer relationships.
What We Seek:
Industry Insight:
Preferential experience in the waste for a nuanced understanding of industry dynamics.
Organisational Excellence:
Proven organisational skills with a focus on efficient project delivery, meeting KPIs and SLAs.
Leadership Background:
Desirable Team Leader experience, contributing to overall team success.
