Gas and Air Tech is a family owned business specialising in Heating and Cooling installations in Norwich and the surrounding areas.
Key Responsibilities
- Contact sales leads, promote the business, book appointments
- Develop and maintain relationships with customers
- Assist with raising quotations
- Process orders and invoices and expedite payments
- Book appointments for boiler servicing and repairs
- Provide customer service support
- Maintain and update sales and customer records
- Update electronic diary system
Skills
- Excellent communication skills on phone and in person
- Be able to work in a fastpaced office
- Work in a team and also able to organise/prioritise own work
- Must be accurate and have excellent attention to detail
- Excel, Word and Outlook IT skills
- A knowlege of local geography desirable but not essential
Job Type:
Part-time
Part-time hours: 25 per week
Salary:
£10.50 per hour
