Gas and Air Tech is a family owned business specialising in Heating and Cooling installations in Norwich and the surrounding areas.

We have an exciting opportunity for a new Sales Administrator to join our friendly team.


Key Responsibilities

  • Contact sales leads, promote the business, book appointments
  • Develop and maintain relationships with customers
  • Assist with raising quotations
  • Process orders and invoices and expedite payments
  • Book appointments for boiler servicing and repairs
  • Provide customer service support
  • Maintain and update sales and customer records
  • Update electronic diary system

Skills

  • Excellent communication skills on phone and in person
  • Be able to work in a fastpaced office
  • Work in a team and also able to organise/prioritise own work
  • Must be accurate and have excellent attention to detail
  • Excel, Word and Outlook IT skills
  • A knowlege of local geography desirable but not essential
We are happy to provide full training for the right applicant


Job Type:
Part-time

Part-time hours: 25 per week


Salary:
£10.50 per hour

  • Sales administration: 1 year (preferred)
