APPRENTICESHIP COURSE:
Recruitment Resourcer Level 2

Wage:
£14,000

Working hours:
Monday to Friday 8:30am-5:30pm

Annual leave: 28 days per year including bank holiday

THE ROLE:

Package includes:

Complete a fully funded qualification

About the role:

Develop and implement recruiting strategies to attract top talent
Perform 360° endtoend recruitment
Build relationships with hiring managers to understand their needs and provide guidance on recruiting best practices
Keep uptodate with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve the recruitment process

Apprenticeship eligibility requirements:

To not already hold a Business Administration Level 3 or above
To meet course suitability and initial assessment requirements in English and maths
To have the right to work in the UK and meet apprenticeship funding eligibility criteria.
