    Description

    We are seeking a highly skilled Construction Project Manager to oversee the financial and contractual aspects of our construction projects. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or a related field, and previous experience as a Quantity Surveyor in the construction industry.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Estimate costs for construction projects and prepare detailed quantity requirements.
    • Monitor construction budgets and keep track of expenses.
    • Negotiate contracts with clients and suppliers to ensure the best pricing.
    • Review and update project costs as the construction work progresses.

    Requirements:

    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
    • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
    • Proficiency in cost estimation software and understanding of project management.

    The successful candidate will be a key member of our construction team, working closely with our clients and suppliers to deliver high-quality projects on time and within budget.
