We are looking for a part time, preferably experienced, Lettings Administrator to join our lettings team on a long term basis.

The role will involve general office duties including taking calls from tenants regarding repairs and maintenance and keep them updated, manage legal documentation including certification and licences, arrange viewings and show prospective tenants the properties.


The successful applicant must:

  • Preferably be experienced in the Letting industry but not essential
  • Have excellent IT skills
  • Be organised, motivated and confidential
  • Needs to have use of there own vehicle
  • Organise repairs, coordinate handymen, liaise with tenants about repairs
  • Manage and report on ongoing repairs
  • Manage utilities contracts (Gas, Electrics, council etc)
  • Assist with administration of the company where appropriate
  • Carrying out check ins and check outs
  • Job is on a self employed basis

Job Type:
Part-time

Part-time hours: 20 per week


Salary:
£12.50-£13.50 per hour
