+ Job summary: As a Customer Relationship Coordinator you are responsible for managing consultant appointments, coordinating client communications and providing administrative and operational support for teams.
+ Client and Consultant Coordination:
  • Schedule and participate in initial Teams meetings with the Sales Team, Consultants and Clients
  • Book and manage consultant appointments in accordance with project timelines and implementation contracts
<+ Project Management and Client Support :
  • Oversee client progress throughout implementation stages via phone and Teams
