Mind in Croydon is a voluntary organisation, a company limited by guarantee and a registered charity concerned with the welfare of people with mental health problems living in the London Borough of Croydon and its surrounding areas.

Currently, Mind in Croydon turns over approximately £2m per annum and has 50-55 staff and around 100 volunteers.

The Head of Social Inclusion and Support Services is a member of the Senior Management Team (SMT) and is responsible for implementing and managing key strategic and operational objectives, ensuring the smooth and successful running of a range of services across the Borough.

There may be some scope to work remotely approximately 1 or 2 days a week but the role requires the post-holder to be present in the office or other work based settings usually no less than 3 days per week.
