We have a fantastic opportunity for a
CRO Lead to join our Digital Marketing Performance team and to lead on all of our CRO activity.
The post holder will be responsible for continuously reviewing and optimising end to end digital journeys, using data and insight for a wide range of digital channels, to ensure we are engaging with audiences at the right time, in the right place, and in the right way.

Full details of what the role entails can be found in the attached Job Description but here is a snapshot of some of the things you will be doing as CRO Lead:
- Use data and insight to understand what audiences are looking for, and then optimise digital journeys to increase performance, engagement and conversions.
- Lead on CRO capability development at the society and for building the profile and understanding of the programme.
- Forecast, hypothesise and recommend next in line tests.
- Prioritise using forecasted benefits and past test learnings focus on delivering value for audiences alongside delivering the Society's strategic objectives.
- Support the Head of Digital Marketing Performance with the creation of the CRO and Personalisation Strategy.
- Ensure the programme works towards a future of Personalised, realtime digital activities and aligns with the Organisation, and informs the Directorate, strategies.
- Experience in developing, managing and iterating successful CRO experiments across journeys and digital products and channels.
- Experience in transitioning CRO into a mature, multimoment CRO programme.
- Evidence that you know how to get the best out of digital channels and digital systems including CRM and CMS.
- Experience in using 'live' analytics, A/B and MV testing and research (both qual and quant) to prioritise, make decisions, test, measure,optimise and iterate.
- Experience in Google Analytics/GA4, BigQuery, Looker Studio and data driven attribution models.
- Experience in using CRO tools e.g. Optimise, Glassbox and user testing tools, e.g. Usertesting.
- A strong understanding of personalisation engines, of how to personalise endtoend digital experiences, and the role of CRO within personalisation.
- Confidence in identifying and testing new tools, technologies and processes to improve conversion rate performance, free growth, consumer engagement and delivery against key metrics.
