Description
Reporting to the Operational Support Manager.The role will support the Operational Support Team providing comprehensive, professional and responsive administrative, project management and improvement support to the team.
The post holder will assist the team in the delivery of specific corporate change and cost improvement programmes across the organisation, in line with the Trust's improvement process and project management approach.
The post holder will be expected to exercise initiative with an understanding of the objectives of the Trust.
The post holder will be an organised and highly motivated individual who can work autonomously and as part of a team.
There may be occasions when the post holder will be required to be work flexibly in order to support the team and meet the needs of the service.
