- Handle guest inquiries, special requests and concerns with professionalism and empathy, ensuring their satisfaction.
Team Collaboration:
- Work together as part of the team to foster a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.
- Assist in training new team members and maintaining a positive, cohesive work environment.
Creativity and Ambition:

Person Specification:
Essential:
- Clear conversational and written English communications skills
- Accountability and responsibility
- A valid UK driving licence
- A flexible attitude
Desirable:
- Previous hotel experience
- Flexibility to cover night shifts during colleagues' sickness/holidays
